      Diabolically, this February's bar exam will combine the fear of the known with the fear of the unknown. For roughly 75 percent of test takers repeating the exam, anxiety is heightened by their past experience. But this time, every test taker will fear the unknown. The State Bar announced that it is expanding what will be tested in three subjects: evidence, civil procedure and corporations.
