Interim Indeterminate Sentencing Is Risky

In reviewing Michael MacMahon's comments of Jan. 31 on the Cunningham case and the current attempt to find an interim constitutional fix for California's sentencing laws ("Open Sentence") I can only say I hope he is right. The interim fix reintroduces indeterminate sentencing to California courts.
