9th Circuit Reverses Judge, Paroles Man Jailed 22 Years
A one-time motorcycle gang member who killed a man in a Sierra Madre bar should be paroled despite rulings by a former governor, the state courts and a federal judge that he stay behind bars, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Thursday.
