SAN FRANCISCO - Speaker Fabian Nunez has appointed a new public member to the state's judicial watchdog agency.
Sandra Talcott, 64, of Venice, was appointed to the 11-member Commission on Judicial Performance, in part because of her experience with the judicial selection process, according to a statement released Thursday.
