Court Wades into Immigration Law Confusion
WASHINGTON - In a case that could affect tens of thousands of illegal aliens, the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to decide whether a sweeping immigration reform law passed in the mid-1990s applies to longtime illegal immigrants who entered the country before the law took effect.
