Judge Likely to Order MoFo to Share Notes
SAN FRANCISCO - A law firm that investigated possible options backdating violations for Brocade Communications Systems Inc. waived its attorney-client and work-product privilege by sharing the results of its inquiry with prosecutors, a federal judge said.
