High Court Considers Letting Consumers Sue Phone Firms
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Taking up one of its most important antitrust cases in years, the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday wrestled with whether it should allow a group of consumers to sue the nation's telephone companies for conspiring to stay out of one another's dominant geographic markets for telephone and Internet services.
