High Court Not Buying Patent Test
WASHINGTON - In a case that could bring a wave of changes to the world of patent law, the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday expressed clear displeasure with the key legal test used by a federal appeals court to determine when patents are obvious, and therefore invalid.
