State High Court Will Hear Auditor Liability Case
SAN FRANCISCO - The California Supreme Court unanimously agreed Wednesday to decide whether the auditor PricewaterhousCoopers is liable for aiding and abetting fraud after failing to inform investors that a mortgage company they invested in might have been engaged in fraud.
