Kids Sue Stepmom Over Dad's Death
SAN FRANCISCO - The children of a well-known building contractor who was beaten to death at his San Francisco business in 2003 have filed a wrongful death suit against his wife, accusing her of conspiring to murder their father because he was on the verge of discovering she had embezzled nearly $2 million from his business and another family trust.
