McKesson, Merrill Lynch Settle Lawsuit

SAN FRANCISCO - McKesson Corp. has reached a settlement with two Merrill Lynch funds in a case that alleged the embattled company committed fraud by misrepresenting its financial situation in public statements, according to an attorney for the plaintiffs.
