Case Pits Nation's Drug Laws Against Freedom of Religion

WASHINGTON - In a case that pits a federal law protecting religious freedom against the nation's drug laws, the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday appeared skeptical that federal authorities could block a small religious group from importing or possessing a hallucinogenic South American herbal tea it uses in religious ceremonies.
