Immigration Status Is Unfair Ammo for Employers

Forum Column - By Ruth Silver Taube Undocumented workers, whom employers are willing to hire for undesirable and often hazardous jobs at low wages, are relegated to the shadows of workplace protections because the workers fear employer retaliation and deportation if they report violations.
