Judges Testify Once More on 9th Circuit Split
WASHINGTON - It has become a yearly ritual on Capitol Hill. Republicans in the House and Senate introduce a variety of bills to split up the left-leaning 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and judges from the appeals court travel to Washington, D.C., to testify on why a split is a very bad idea, or a very good one.
