Dicta Column - By Paul O'Brien - Oscar Wilde famously said that the only thing worse than being talked about was not being talked about. Celebrities, regardless of the roots of their celebrity status, never want to be yesterday's news. American newspapers sometimes seem to spill as much ink on former presidents as they do on the guys in the Oval Office. And these days, certainly, old Cabinet members never die; they just go to cable.
