Citizens Suffer Enough Without Bankruptcy Bill

Ehrenberg - Recently, the House of Representatives was set to vote on sweeping reforms in personal bankruptcy, ostensibly to deter fraudulent claims by people who incur debt with no intention of paying back their creditors. Despite languishing in Congress for several years, the bill is poised to pass at what could be the worst possible time.
