'Tis the Season for Suits Over School Dress Codes

With the days of summer finally behind us, it is time to look forward to the annual rites of autumn and winter - Thanksgiving, Christmas and the Fall Classic. And this year's Fall Classic is expected to be an epic battle as fiercely fought as the battle for the last beer at a Kennedy family reunion. I am not, however, talking about sports. I am referring to the annual legal battles over public school dress codes.
