Horseplay Hazards

Horseplay, as many parents will attest, is no laughing matter when someone gets hurt. However, it usually can be curtailed with timeouts and stern reprimands. When employees engage in workplace horseplay and an accident occurs, the implications are more serious, especially if the injured employee tries to sue the other employee for civil damages.
