DOUBLE STANDARD

Alan Dershowitz recently wrote an irresponsible Los Angeles Times editorial ("Justice May Be Blind, But It's Not Deaf" (Dec. 28)), the most recent of many. In this one, without providing any facts other than hearsay and conjecture, he accuses Justice Sandra Day O'Connor of having improperly ruled on the Florida ballot case.
