Garcetti, Parks Seem To Be Cooperating
One day after an extraordinary public showdown between Los Angeles Police Chief Bernard Parks and District Attorney Gil Garcetti over the worst police corruption scandal in city history, Garcetti's office said Thursday that Parks' investigators had resumed a working relationship with its Rampart task force with a markedly improved spirit of teamwork.
