U.S. Supreme Court Highlights
Among actions announced Monday by the justices were: GRANT DRUG TESTING: The court agreed to review next October a decision by the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upholding a policy instituted by law enforcement and hospital officials in Charleston, S.C., under which pregnant women could be drug-tested if they were suspected of using drugs after the 24th week of pregnancy, when their fetuses became viable.
