In what appears to be a new approach in employment cases, a San Francisco attorney is suing Alphabet Inc.-owned Google under the Private Attorneys General Act for its employee nondisclosure agreements, alleging they are so unlawfully broad that present and former workers cannot say anything about the company or their work.
