Judge voices concern about ordering an injunction in Waymo-Uber lawsuit

A federal judge voiced concerns Wednesday about Uber Technologies Inc.'s failure to disclose possible evidence of trade secrets misappropriation concerning a driverless car project from an Alphabet Inc. subsidiary but also expressed reluctance to halt it entirely.
