In a case that spanned 11 years, Moss's client Costco Wholesale Corp. scored a victory against Omega S.A. in January.


On remand from the U.S. Supreme Court, Moss raised a copyright misuse defense against Omega in a dispute concerning Costco's sale of watches acquired abroad for a lower price.


U.S. District Judge Terry J. Hatter of the Central District of California sided with Moss.
