Ex-DA accused of prosecutorial misconduct now trains State Bar prosecutors

A 2011 study of prosecutorial misconduct in California connected San Mateo Deputy District Attorney Alfred F. Giannini with problems in three cases leading to reversal or mistrial. Giannini now is a State Bar consultant.
