High court ends legal fight over definition of condominium-hotel units

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday denied a certiorari request regarding a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision that the sale of condominium-hotel units at the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel is not the sale of a security.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday denied a certiorari request regarding a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision that the sale of condominium-hotel units at the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel is not the sale of a security.
