Orange County judge tosses 884-count fraud indictment

Court rules prosecutors failed to present exculpatory evidence to a grand jury in a $17 million fraud case against two doctors. The prosecutor plans to refile.

An Orange County judge has thrown out an 884-count indictment accusing two doctors and two employees of workers compensation insurance fraud schemes that cost insurers more than $17 million.
