Panel upholds Superman ruling

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reaffirmed that Warner Brothers does hold the copyright to Superman and that siblings of the hero's co-creator, Joe Shuster, had signed over their rights to the character in a 1992 agreement.
