A year after its passage, prosecutors say trafficking law has teeth

Many prosecutors say Proposition 35 is having its desired effect - giving them powerful means to attack human trafficking. Some defense lawyers, though, say the definition of the crime remains too broad.

SAN BERNARDINO - Christopher Knox, also known as "Daddy Ceazale," took his pimp game seriously.
