A plaintiff may continue with an anonymous lawsuit against a former employer who allegedly disclosed to her colleagues her entry into an alcohol rehabilitation program.

Orange County Superior Court Judge Craig L. Griffin rejected a motion to dismiss filed by defendant Mattson Resources LLC, a Costa Mesa staffing agency that said plaintiff Jane Doe did not follow proper procedures to pursue an action under a pseudonym.
