DOJ sues Beverly Hills stem cell firms over unapproved drugs

The government is seeking a permanent injunction against California Stem Cell Treatment Center Inc. and Cell Surgical Network Corporation, according to a complaint filed in federal court.

The U.S. Department of Justice has sued stem cell companies in Beverly Hills to stop them from allegedly experimenting on patients with adulterated and misbranded drugs.
