RIVERSIDE -- Two people, including a retired Highway Patrol officer, will have to wait a little longer to find out why the Riverside County Superior Court issued warrants to wiretap their phones in 2015, along with more than 600 other questioned wiretap warrants, mostly authorized by a single, now retired judge.
