9th Circuit sends bond hearing immigration case back to district court

A case concerning whether an injunction allowing detained immigrants to receive a bond hearing after six months was sent back to district court by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

A case concerning whether an injunction allowing detained immigrants to receive a bond hearing after six months was sent back to district court by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday.

Like the U.S. Supreme Court, the 9th Circuit panel allowed the injunction to stand and told the court to determine the "minimum requirements of due process."
