LA Superior Court to fully move to efiling for unlimited and limited civil cases April 1

Los Angeles County will no longer accept fax filings for complex civil cases beginning April 1, completing a phase into electronic filing for all limited and unlimited civil cases that began last year.

Los Angeles County will no longer accept fax filings for complex civil cases beginning April 1, completing a phase into electronic filing for all limited and unlimited civil cases that began last year.

This follows efiling transitions in probate, small claims, limited and unlimited civil. Mandatory efiling for unlimited civil cases began this month, and family law efiling is expected soon, according to court officials.
