Five workers sued AT&T Mobility on Tuesday, alleging upper management enabled a toxic environment of discrimination and harassment based on sex and race, largely perpetrated by one manager, at two San Diego County stores.
"We are widely recognized for our commitment to diversity and do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. We're reviewing the complaint," a spokesperson for AT&T said in an emailed statement Tuesday.
