Newsom must redo sealed clemency requests

Gov. Gavin Newsom has until June 5 to resubmit clemency requests for six twice-convicted felons whose criminal records were sealed now that the state Supreme Court has sent them back, ordering the governor's office to establish why the documents should remain confidential.
