Three iTunes customers claim Apple Inc. disclosed iTunes listening data to third parties without customers' consent.
In a lawsuit filed Friday, the customers allege Apple sells data with users' music purchases and home addresses to third parties, who then re-sell that data. These alleged actions violate state privacy statues and the Video Privacy Protection Act, according to the complaint.
