Federal appeals court OKs extradition of U.S. citizen

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals shot down Monday a constitutional challenge to a federal statute allowing for the extradition of American citizens to foreign countries, saying no conflict exists between the law and a decades-old treaty with the Czech Republic at issue in the case.
