Jury says man can’t sue brother for $250 million in partnership dispute
While the jury found that the statute of limitations has lapsed in a case between two brothers in a $250M partnership dispute, the case isn’t over as the judge still has to consider the equitable estoppel defense.




A Los Angeles jury has ruled a man cannot sue his brother for $250 million in a long-running partnership dispute due to the lapse of the statute of limitations.
