Prosecutor suspended for suppressing evidence

San Francisco prosecutor Andrew M. Ganz has been suspended for 90 days, effective Wednesday, after negligently suppressing evidence in a 2013 murder case.

San Francisco prosecutor Andrew M. Ganz was suspended by the State Bar this week for 90 days, after negligently suppressing evidence in his first murder case in 2013.
