9th Circuit unsure about Trump immigration policies

A 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel voiced skepticism Tuesday over two Trump administration immigration policies, asking during an argument session in San Francisco whether new agency rules requiring asylum-seekers to apply at ports of entry and await adjudication in Mexico conflict with relevant statutes, administrative procedures, or treaty obligations.
