Class complaint against Bird scooters dismissed by federal court judge

A federal judge granted a Bird Rides Inc. motion Tuesday to dismiss a class action complaint alleging the scooter company violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by denying wheelchair-bound and disabled persons proper access to the sidewalk and street.
