Property tax ballot measure language challenged in Sacramento County

Proponents and opponents of Proposition 15 are arguing against the ballot measures allegedly 'misleading, false' statements regarding California's property tax initiative.

Proponents and opponents are challenging the summary of a property tax initiative headed to the November ballot, claiming some of the language introduced last week is misleading.
