San Diego autism center disburses $650,000 to resolve fraudulent billings case.
The “treble damages and civil penalties” for compensatory damages were brought to the Prism Autism Foundation by the U.S., the State of California, and Diana Mason, the employee who brought to light the qui tam complaint.
