Fan’s ‘Lord of the Rings’ sequel must be destroyed
“The estate hopes that the award of a permanent injunction and attorney’s fees will be sufficient to dissuade others who may have similar intentions,” Steven Maier of Maier Blackburn, the Tolkien Estate trust’s U.K. solicitor, said in a news release.
