‘Rust’ crew member’s LA suit against Alec Baldwin is stayed

A lighting technician’s lawsuit accusing Baldwin of firing a gun on set that killed the cinematographer, wounded the director and traumatized others was temporarily stayed pending possible criminal charges against the actor.

One of the lawsuits against Alec Baldwin in Los Angeles was temporarily stayed to accommodate the possibility of criminal charges against the actor in New Mexico for allegedly firing a gun that killed the cinematographer and wounded the director.
