San Diego lawyer drops suit against consumer attorneys, plans to refile

John H. Gomez, a prominent personal injury attorney in San Diego, accused the group of sullying his reputation and said he will file a new complaint, adding parties.

Plaintiffs’ attorney John H. Gomez has dropped the lawsuit he filed against the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, accusing the group of sullying his reputation with false statements. But Gomez said Wednesday he will file a new complaint.
