ADR Services founder celebrates progress for women

Lucie Barron said she believes that the percentage of women in the field will continue to grow as there is now a larger group of women judges and attorneys ready to enter the ADR space.

Lucie Barron didn’t start ADR Services, Inc. to provide a place for women in the alternate dispute resolution business. But she’s glad it’s worked out that way.
