Lawsuit against LA gondola project claims CEQA violations
The lawsuit alleges that the project will negatively impact working class neighborhoods and destroy historic and cultural resources.
A planned gondola project in Los Angeles connecting Union Station to Dodger Stadium has been hit with a lawsuit by the California Endowment, claiming environmental impact reports for the surrounding neighborhoods were inadequate and improperly piecemealed. It was the second lawsuit in a week filed against the project.
