6 telecom providers sue Santa Clara County for $19.3M in 'discriminatory' property taxes

The plaintiffs allege that the county applied higher tax rates to their property compared to other property owners.

Six of the nation's largest telecommunications providers sued the County of Santa Clara, seeking to claw back $19.3 million in "discriminatory property taxes" the county allegedly refused to refund.
